Goods are delivered throughout Ukraine by Nova Poshta delivery service (or other courier service at your discretion, check the possibility of delivery with the manager).

You can find the appropriate post office in your area on the Nova Poshta website, please note that bulky shipments are only sent to the post offices.

Before shipment, the goods are inspected and insured at full cost. However, if the goods are damaged by the delivery service, which is extremely rare, this service fully compensates for the damage.


Delivery is carried out according to the tariffs of the carrier company.

Payment for delivery is made by the customer upon receipt of the order in accordance with the carrier's tariffs. Delivery time 1-3 days without weekends.
The term of storage of cargo in the warehouse of the transport company "Nova Poshta" is 5 days from the date of arrival, after this period the parcel will be returned to the sender.
WARNING! Automatic return of shipments on the 6th day after arrival at the branch. In case of return of the shipment ALL services for forwarding in both directions and storage of the parcel are paid by the Customer.

1. 100% prepayment by credit card through the LiqPay electronic payment system. After receiving the payment, the order will be processed and shipped.
2. Payment by bank details to the current account. After the order is processed, you will receive an invoice by e-mail or messenger with the details.
