1. Basic provisions
1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the online store pastrychef.com.ua in the person of an individual entrepreneur Sakhabudinova Zefira Minulivna, RNOKPP 2277711000 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), at the time of placing an order;
1.2. The information posted on the website of the online store contains the terms of the offer to purchase the goods and is a public offer, the status of which is enshrined in Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (CCU). Acceptance is the fact of placing an order for the offered goods;
1.3. When placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms discussed in this Agreement;
1.4. Any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for the goods can make a purchase in the online store;
1.5. The goods are paid for in the national currency of Ukraine;
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The User's use of the Online Store website constitutes his/her agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the User's personal data.
2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the Online Store website.
2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Online Store website pastrychef.com.ua. The Online Store does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites to which the User may access the links available on the Online Store website.
2.4. The Site Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User to the Online Store website.
3. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration of the online store website regarding non-disclosure and ensuring the confidentiality of personal data that the User must provide to the Administration of the website upon request when registering on the online store website or when placing an order for the purchase of the Product.
3.2. Personal data permitted for processing within the framework of this Privacy Policy are provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the Arjen online store website in the registration section and include the following information:
3.2.1. Full name of the User;
3.2.2. User's contact phone number;
3.2.3. e-mail address (e-mail);
3.2.4. Product delivery address;
3.2.5. User's place of residence.
3.3. The online store protects the following data that is automatically transmitted when viewing advertising blocks and when visiting pages on which a statistical system script ("pixel") is installed:
IP address;
information from cookies;
information about the browser (or other program that provides access to displaying advertising);
access time;
the address of the page on which the advertising block is located;
referrer (address of the previous page).
3.3.1. Disabling cookies may make it impossible to access parts of the online store's website that require authorization.
3.3.2. The online store collects statistics on the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems, to control the legality of financial payments made.
3.4. Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, browsers and operating systems used, etc.) is subject to reliable storage and non-distribution, except for the cases provided for in clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
4. Procedure for purchasing goods in the online store
4.1. Orders are accepted through the online store;
4.2. The Buyer of the online store has the right to place an order for any goods placed on the website of the online store that are available for order. The order can be placed by the Buyer in the following ways: made by phone, by e-mail or placed independently on the website;
4.3. In the absence of goods, the online store manager is obliged to inform the Buyer (by phone or by e-mail);
4.4. If the product is not available, the Buyer has the right to replace it with a similar one from among those available from the Seller, to refuse this product, to cancel the order;
4.5. The Buyer has the right to refuse the order at any time before its shipment to the Buyer, by notifying the Online Store by phone or e-mail;
4.6. The characteristics, equipment and appearance of the product may be changed unilaterally by the Seller;
5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
5.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without limitation of time, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools.
5.2. The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, telecommunications operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order placed on the Site of the online store "pastrychef.com.ua", including the delivery of the Goods.
5.3. The User's personal data may be transferred to
