The Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" establishes the rights of consumers and the mechanism of their protection.
Thus, according to Annex №3 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers №172 of March 19, 1994 on the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", not subject to return, in particular, food, sanitary ware, perfumes and cosmetics.
Return of such goods is possible in case of detection of goods of improper quality or non-compliance of the order.
A product of improper quality is an expired product. Also, food of improper quality (defective, spoiled) is subject to exchange and return if the seller does not comply with the terms of sale of goods - if the product was originally defective, and not during transportation or storage in the warehouses of Carriers.
Non-food items that have a commercial appearance (have undamaged packaging and integral appearance) are subject to exchange and return within 14 days of receipt of the order at the Carrier's warehouse or from the hands of the courier.
The goods or parcel must be accompanied by a check or invoice confirming the purchase in our store. The sender of the return shipment is the initiator of the return.
Goods that have already been used are not subject to exchange or return.
The funds paid by the customer for the returned goods of proper or improper quality will be returned to the buyer within 1-3 working days from the date of receipt of the goods in the store or warehouse of the Carrier to the current account or card of the Customer.
To return the funds, it is necessary to provide the Client's bank details (card number, name of the owner OR r / s, name of the owner, MFI of the bank, USREOU code) to the e-mail address info@pastrychef.com.ua and indicate in the subject of the letter. Refunds are made in non-cash form.
